The FFRG Technology Solutions Unit (TSU) received
- 18 kits for airbase installations, and
- 11 kits for depot installations
from Telstra in early December 2019.
The Radio Comms team completed installation of the wifi kit at most airbases prior to Christmas and are now progressively completing the installations at depots – you can view installation status on these pages: prioritised list of airbases and depots in fire activated regions. The team are planning to complete all installations by the end of February 2020.
Wi-Fi log in instructions and passwords have been printed out on A3 posters located at each depot and airbase. Once you have logged in, you can move between airbases (or depots) with the same login details.
