Q. We recently purchased one or more iPads for our district/region. The shared ipads you’ve sent to us are an older model. Can we continue to use the ones we purchased rather than the ones we’ve received?
A. Yes, please use the ones we send to you in the interim, and send your (newer) iPads to us – we will add these to the shared model and send back to you. Please refer to the returning individual iPads page for more information on what to do when returning your iPads.
