Returning individual iPads

When you are returning individually assigned iPads please check the following:

  • If you have registered your iPad with Apple – please un-register
  • Please log out of any Apple or iCloud accounts
  • Reset the iPad to ‘Factory settings’ ( Settings > General > Erase All Content and Settings)
  • Retain any accessories you have purchased such as covers and keyboards.
  • Return the iPad, together with the charging cable and plug
  • Send via DX (free) or Australia Post to:
