When you are returning individually assigned iPads please check the following:
- If you have registered your iPad with Apple – please un-register
- Please log out of any Apple or iCloud accounts
- Reset the iPad to ‘Factory settings’ ( Settings > General > Erase All Content and Settings)
- Retain any accessories you have purchased such as covers and keyboards.
- Return the iPad, together with the charging cable and plug
- Send via DX (free) or Australia Post to:
